Erika Ellyne is a law and technology enthusiast. She is specialised in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law (IP/IT).
She is happy to spend her days advising clients in relation to their law, technology and commercial questions.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Erika worked at the VUB for a number of years at LSTS (Law, Science, Technology, and Society Research Center). There she researched law and technology questions, and contributed to EU projects.

Erika helps her clients navigate the various legal questions that new technologies bring up for their business, she helps them to leverage these technologies and mitigate risks. She has a strong contractual practice, both in terms of negotiation and drafting, but also dispute resolution.

Erika's experience span's a wide variety of industries and legal domains. She is always interested to learn more about and drive the creation of novel technologies and novel business methods/models. Her experience covers a cross-section of legal areas.

She has pursued an executive Masters in IT Management to fully grasp all the key factors of success and business interests that her clients may face with regard to their companies' digital transformation projects.
