We are delighted to announce that our team is expanding with Piet Vandoolaeghe and Elle De Baere.
Piet Vandoolaeghe studied both law and philosophy and has more than 21 years of experience as a lawyer. He previously worked at different Brussels law firms (Simont Braun, Praetica) before creating his own law firm Equality lawyers. In his practice he mainly supports businesses with their business litigations. Lately he has been specializing in medical and health law, in particular patient rights, the quality law for patients, tort claims, issues with pharma distribution shortages of medicines and generic medicines.

Elle De Baere is in her last year of traineeship and specializes in criminal litigation. During her law school, she developed a special interest in criminal procedure law. It is fascinating to her to know how and why certain behaviors are criminalized by criminal laws, how the various procedures apply to them, and what an important role a criminal lawyer plays in this process. The battle she fights for her client is legally based, prepared and steadfast. Respect and trust are central to her relationship with clients.
Elle joins Ariga because she is determined to make a difference for the clients. Along with all Ariga members, she stands for a cost-efficient, discreet and result-oriented approach to every case, regardless of its size or importance for the client.
