Ariga is a team of lawyers that is passionate about helping mainly business people.

Importent for our teamspirit is an eagerness to help others with our legal expertise and talent with high quality. The lawyers' job being often very demanding and stressful, we are aware of the importance of having the opportunity to ressource and of a work-life balance. That is why at Ariga all team members are encouraged to develop their own activities, at their own pace and according to their ambitions. We expect that once you accept to work on a file you are committed to support the client's need to the best of your capabilities (and we are demanding in this respect), but at the same time you decide with us on which files you want to work and how much time in globo you want to work. Your remuneration will follow your own ambition, but a minimum against a minimum of output is assured.

We value a human, diverse , flexible, collaborative, open and transparent working model at all levels of cooperation, both internally and with clients. In this way our goal is to bring value to our team members as much as we like to get inspired by them.

Our team consists of regular contributors and a set of free lance contributor's, depending on the case and work load. And where useful we are supported by some appreciated AI applications.
