Ariga expands with young inspiring talent : Tim Hermans joined our team.
Tim is starting as junior associate - trainee. He is particularly excited to discover the legal practice as lawyer at the Brussels Bar and is eager to put his law master degree at service of clients.
Tim wrote his master thesis on "Trade practices in pharmaceutical health care: (un)availability and trade of medicines". In this dissertation, Tim examined the regulations and existing commercial practices and their impact on the (un)availability of medication for the Belgian market, all with a particular focus on the quality aspect of healthcare for Belgian patients.
He will combine his traineeship with a research mandate at the Free University of Brussels(VUB) for the Innoviris - ULB/VUB research project Gosete. In the context of this project he will make assessments of legal questions related to exnovation as part of the governance of the transition to a sustainable economy.
